On 23–24 November 2026, I will attend the Crick BioImage Analysis Symposium (CBIAS) 2026 at the Francis Crick Institute in London, UK, where two of my abstracts have been accepted:

• Oral presentation (15 min): When do vision foundation models transfer to microscopy and when do they fail?

• Poster: When open data and code are not enough: a reproducibility case study of a published Drosophila tissue-flow analysis workflow
  • Related paper: Assessing the reproducibility of a bioimage analysis workflow characterising tissue flow in Drosophila
