In October 2025, I gave the talk “Transforming BioImage Analysis: The AI4Life Approach” at Cell Physics 2025, hosted at Universität des Saarlandes.
The presentation introduced the AI4Life approach to user-centred bioimage analysis workflows, with an emphasis on accessible and FAIR machine learning pipelines. The talk covered:
- Zero-code and user-friendly tools for bioimage analysis
- FAIR model sharing through the BioImage Model Zoo
- Practical workflows for denoising, segmentation, and tracking
- A use case involving Cellpose retraining, model export, and TrackMate-based analysis
