I served as a teaching assistant during the Python day of ZIDAS 2026, a one-week hands-on school in image processing and analysis held at EPFL in Lausanne.
The school is designed for life-science researchers who want practical training in bioimage analysis workflows, with an emphasis on interactive exercises, biologically relevant examples, and reproducible image-analysis practice.
As part of the Python day, I supported participants in learning and applying programming concepts for image analysis in a hands-on setting.
